I believe life is full of synchronicities, we just need to be open to the interpretation of its guidance. So when I realised we are having a full moon in Libra coinciding with World Health Day, it’s definitely no coincidence!

Life works in cycles; women especially will be more familiar with this as they physically live this throughout their life on a monthly basis.
A full moon is the point of culmination, it’s a very powerful time to reap the rewards you have been working towards, and a time of letting go of the old and what no longer serves you.
Every month we have a new full moon in a different sign, this month the full moon is in Libra. Whatever sign the moon is in, this will give the flavour of the topics and the deeper meaning of what we need to be looking at and integrating. Libra is the zodiac sign that represents balance, harmony, partnership, justice and fairness.
So how does this play into Health World Day?
When we are in alignment with our true values we can connect to our deepest desires, when you do this, it alleviates stress and anxiety which we know contributes to not only mental health but also our physical health too.
Going back to women and their cycles, often when women have an extremely stressful month, or jet lagged from travelling where it creates a change in the body clock, the impact this has on the body can be experienced through the way it plays out in their menstrual cycle.
Experiencing anxiety and stress is our biggest indicator that we are not in alignment with our authentic self, this is a powerful signal that something has to change within you, not outside of you.
This Full Moon in Libra is ultimately about how we are showing up in all our relationships, and how we allow others to show up for us; hence how we show up for ourselves.
If you are not balanced within yourself, how can you truly give what you don’t have.
If we want to experience relationships that are equal, fair, loving, caring, supportive and joyful then we need to first know who we are.
One way we can have the Libra full moon help us, is how we can learn to be interdependent by establishing healthy connections, where we are being invited to look at giving vs receiving, and individuation vs co-operation so we can establish a healthy balance.
This is also a great time to implement changes to give way to what you really desire in love, and how you define it, feel it and want it.
Think back to the end of September last year (2022), this was when we had a New Moon in Libra. The New Moon is all about planting seeds of what we want, or no longer want and desire to change.
What was happening for you around that time, any realisations or experiences? Whatever was activated for you then will become clearer and of fruition to you now, as the moon works in cycles from New Moon to Full Moon.
