Our individual chart lets us know what tools we have at our disposal, by showing what areas of life will be more challenging to navigate and areas that will flow with more ease, helping you to realign, become empowered and connecting with your true soul potential.

The naturopathic approach is to look for the root causes of presenting symptoms (rather than concentrating on the symptoms themselves) I do this by using the powerful combination of Nutritional Therapy with Naturopathic principles. My Journey and training in holistic nutrition started in 2010 which lead me to working with all health issues and alignments, cultivating healing from inside out.

Here I can help with anything ranging from neurological disorders, auto-immune disorders, diabetes, fibromyalgia, menopause, fertility issues, pregnancy, skin problems such as eczema, acne, sleep problems, low immune system, etc...
